The visit takes a few hours; your written report arrives within 48 hours. Starting at $497.

How much does it cost?

Transparent, all-in pricing. The Assessment™ is $497 and includes a full safety evaluation, HHRI™ Score, and written action plan. Assessment Plus™ is $597 and adds priority scheduling and a family consultation session. No hidden fees, no upsells.

What areas do you serve?

We serve the Greater Houston metropolitan area, including River Oaks, Memorial, West University, The Woodlands, Sugar Land, Katy, and all surrounding communities.

Who is this for?

Primarily adult children who live near their aging parents and want a professional, objective assessment of whether their home is actually safe. Also useful for anyone responsible for a senior wellbeing — spouses, grandchildren, professional care managers.

How long does the assessment take?

The in-home visit typically takes 2-3 hours depending on home size. You will receive your written report — including the HHRI™ Score and prioritized action plan — within 48 hours of the visit.

What happens after the assessment?

You receive a detailed report with a prioritized action plan and cost estimates for each recommendation. From there, you decide what to tackle. We can help connect you with vetted contractors and service providers, or manage the coordination for you as part of an ongoing care plan.

Is this home healthcare?

No. Handled is home management, not medical care. We do not provide nursing, physical therapy, or medical services. We assess the safety and livability of the home itself — and help manage the practical side: repairs, modifications, ongoing maintenance, and coordination of services. Think of us as the home manager on your care team.
